Day Crop

Okay Baton Rouge Area Croppers....who would be interested in a day crop in May? Which Saturday would be best 7, 14, or 21? What do you want at the crop? Give me your thoughts and ideas. Do you want door prizes? Do you want full tables or shared tables? Who would be interested in having a monthly Saturday day crop? How many hours, 8 or 12? Would you want a tool table available for everyone to use? Do you want snacks/food available to purchase? I'm working on getting a venue for this type of crop on a monthly basis. Let me know what you want so I can get the ball rolling! Looking forward to your suggestions. Feel free to pass this on to all your crafty friends :)

Christine had a small sleepover for her birthday tonight. We went to the pool, had lots of yummy food, made mini scrapbooks, ate cookie cake sundaes, and watched a movie complete with a concession stand! They had a great time! And, they have all been asleep for about 30 mins. Yeah!

Birthday - Getting Old or 40 & Fabulous

I say I'm getting old, my friends say I'm 40 and Fabulous. Edwin and my two great friends Christy & Pauline threw a 40th birthday party for me on Friday (my actual bday). It was so much fun, we had a terrific time. It's the first b-day party I've ever had in my life! Terrible to wait that long to have a party, too old to do much! The party was at a local restaurant but I wanted it to be for families so I rented a spacewalk for the kids to play on....best money I've ever spent. The kids played and the adults got to visit and enjoy some time together. I just may want to start having a party every year ;-)
